Many of the issues covered in our mystery shops and customer satisfaction surveys impact our clients’ bottom line. Because of the time-sensitive nature of the material, Marketing Endeavors requires our shoppers to submit mystery shop reports within 24 hours of shop performance.

Each shop report is then reviewed by our in-house editors and submitted to the client within 24 hours of submission by the shopper.

Viewing Control

Marketing Endeavors also allows every client to customize the visibility of reports by deciding which team members have access to companywide data and report information. Selected managers (e.g. the store, district, and/or regional managers) can be restricted to viewing only the results of their locations. Furthermore, specific questions can be customized so that they are only visible on reports to specific managers.

Distribution

Marketing Endeavors offers many timesaving methods for distributing results to clients, especially by setting each client up to receive automatically triggered reports by manager or by score.

Manager-triggered reports are instantly e-mailed to selected managers (e.g. the store, district, and/or regional managers for that location) as soon as a shop is finalized by our in-house editors.

Score-triggered reports can be instantly e-mailed to key client personnel when a shop receives a score in a specified range (e.g. either very high or very low).

Clients can download reports for print or electronic distribution in Word, Excel or PDF formats.

Report Selection

In addition to the individual shop reports, Marketing Endeavors’ standard reporting suite offers a wide range of do-it-yourself options. Different clients need different answers and will, therefore, find some reports more useful than others. For most reports, you can specify the date ranges so you can monitor performance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Below are just a handful of reports that are most popular with our clients:

LOCATION REPORTS (Based on geographical location and the hierarchical structure of your company)

  • Company Overview – It is a quick view of a company’s performance across a chosen time frame.
  • Quick Ranking – Allows client to generate a quick ranked list of the subdivision of choice over a specific time frame.
  • Quick Shops – Allows client to generate a comprehensive list of shops that displays the location name, shop date, and evaluation score.
  • Who’s Hot? Who’s Not? – Displays a client’s top and bottom average scorers with their scores from the current and previous periods, as well as the biggest movers (both up and down).

SURVEY REPORTS (Provide statistical analysis based on questions and answers of the survey itself)

  • Answer Summary –Allows client to see all answers for an individually chosen question for a given time period.
  • Question Correlation – Allows managers to select one question and view how the answer to that single question correlates to the overall shop score.
  • Survey Summary – Generate stats on how ALL questions for an entire survey was answered.
  • Survey Trending – Allows the client to track performance over time for up to five questions, sections or shop scores.
